FAQs

  • When is rent due?

    • Rent is due on the first and late after midnight on the 3rd of each month

  • Can I bring my pet?

    • Pets are welcome in the majority of our properties, with a few exceptions.  Breed and weight restrictions vary dependent upon the property. Vaccination records, registration number, and photo are required.

  • Can I pay rent online?

    • You can pay via credit card or e-check on your tenant portal.  If you would like to make a cash payment, simply let our office know so we can set you up with a pay-slip to pay at your nearest participating convenience store.

  • Who do I call for maintenance request?

    • Maintenance requests can be submitted via your tenant portal. Log into your tenant portal. Then, click the Maintenance tab in your dashboard to submit a request for service. For urgent or after hour requests, call us at 940-400-7824.
